Waikiki beaches are way too busy for decent family portraits or engagement photography and especially weddings. So we usually plan to meet at other beaches close by that is not so crowded. Waikiki is amazing for shopping but tries to find a quiet spot on the beach for family pictures is very difficult. We know the best spots that are easy to find and not so far away from your hotel in Waikiki. If you are looking for engagement pictures we have the perfect romantic spot for the best sunset pictures or morning sessions to capture the bright blue oceans of Hawaii. Surprise proposals are always fun to plan although they do take some planning and hiding in the right place to capture the perfect moment. We suggest a 45 min package or 60 minutes for proposals because of the planning it takes to capture the shot.
There are hundreds of Japanese weddings every day in Waikiki, especially in the hotels on the main strip you will see brides and grooms who have rented the tuxedo and wedding dress from the hotel and bought the package the= hotel offers. Nothing wrong with this but if you need something different away from Waikiki, we can arrange and plan it all for you. If you like nature we can meet at waterfalls or secluded beaches with nobody around to capture a stunning and beautiful portrait for you and your family away from the main city of Honolulu and Waikiki.
